As a first-generation Latino, I understand the deep-rooted challenges many of my clients face—because I’ve lived them. My personal and professional journey has shaped my passion for advocacy, mental health accessibility, and empowering individuals to reclaim their lives.

My diverse background spans psychotherapy practices, hospitals, schools, corporate offices, banks, and healthcare clinics, allowing me to provide a holistic, real-world approach to mental health care.
